I’m so glad you’re here. Welcome! My name is Hannah, and I’m a fierce advocate for those who’ve struggled, triumphed, and found themselves navigating everything in between. As an introvert, 2/4 Projector, Gemini, cat and nature lover, weight lifting enthusiast, and a sometimes-spiritual-but-always-logical-and-emotionally-intelligent human, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of this work to the table.

Helping people is my heart’s work. This space was created for you: someone who grew up feeling unseen, misunderstood, or like you had to shrink yourself to be accepted. Why me? Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people recover from the impact of relational trauma and emotional wounding, and I’ve seen how transformational it is to feel truly seen. When someone recognizes your struggles, your victories, and all the moments in between, it can ignite profound healing and self-discovery.

I want this space, these words, and my presence in your life to feel like a gentle nudge toward wholeness.

My hope is that coming here feels like stepping into your favorite aunt’s kitchen, where you sip tea or coffee, share a laugh, and have one of those deep, soul-nourishing conversations.
